JLPT Speed Master N3 Grammar covers over 200 grammar items across three parts. Part 1 teaches grammar through conversations and texts following three story arcs across nine scenes, with practice tests after every three scenes. This follows by focused review sections on honorifics, adverbs, and conjunctions in Part 2, and three mock tests in Part 3. Answers and example sentence translations are in a separate booklet.

Speed Master teaches grammar points inside ongoing story arcs rather than as isolated lists or grouped by category. You see each pattern used in conversations and passages before you drill it. The coverage is broad at over 200 items with English translations, ahead of TRY! on grammar count and ahead of Sou Matome on context. It won't give you the detailed comparison charts that Shin Kanzen Master offers, and it's not a textbook like TRY!. But if you want a drill book where grammar appears in actual situations, and you don't want to work in Japanese only, this is the one to get.
