Return and Refund Policy

 

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Books imported from Japan may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as small corner bumps or light shelf wear from transit. These are not considered defects. Obi (decorative book bands) are included when supplied by the publisher but are not guaranteed with every copy.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email info@tabibooks.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us. We will arrange the correct item to be sent and may request the incorrect item be returned at our expense.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@tabibooks.com.au.
