Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Official Practice Workbook Vol.2 N2 contains roughly one full exam's worth of questions selected from actual JLPT tests given since the 2010 revision. It covers vocabulary, grammar, reading, and listening. An audio CD and answer key are included. The book also explains the structure of the exam, scoring, and frequently asked questions. No answer explanations or study strategies are provided.
If you are happy studying from a screen or willing to print it out, you do not need this book. But if you want something you can touch and don't mind the cost, this is a must-have for anyone preparing to sit the JLPT. No third-party publisher can replicate the exact format, difficulty, and question style of the real exam the way the test makers themselves can. There are two volumes available for each level, each covering N1 through N5. This is from the second volume, published in 2018. If you are only getting one, get this volume rather than the first (2012). It reflects more recent test content.
